ShippingOnly.com takes pride in the products we carry and we emphasize quality control at every point in the production and shipping process. If, however, you receive a product that does not measure up to your standards, we will promptly replace any item that is found defective if you notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. If the defective item is out of stock, we will offer yu a suitable replacement item of similiar value.
Simply drop us a note letting us know what is wrong with the merchandise you received and we'll take it from there. You may not "chargeback" your card during this period.
Shipping and handling is never refundable. Once your order is placed, no refunds of any type are given on merchandise we distribute free of charge. Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-sent to you.
Returned checks to us will result in a $25 fee, which is non-negotiable and payable only through money order or certified check.
We remind our customers several times during the online check-out process and via our packing slips that charges associated with your purchases at ShippingOnly.com will appear under "Precison Marketing Solutions," our parent company. If you do not recognize these charges when your bill comes in and dispute the charges, we may at our discretion, pass on to you, the $25 fee we are assessed for this action and we will re-bill your card for both this amount and the original charge.
Most of our merchandise is shipped via the United States Postal Service, though we do occasionally use a private shipping company for larger orders. In all cases, we select the shipping method that will result in the fastest, safest and most efficient delivery of your order.
